Opel, the German automotive company, was looking for a highly visible promotional and information display for vehicle presentation at the point of sale, which was to be located directly next to vehicles.
Scope of tasks:
Our task was to come up with a flexible, easily positioned promotional and information display for the POS area. The column was to be solid and sturdy, and the set-up location was to be the outdoor area of car dealerships, directly next to vehicles.
Objective:
The objective was to draw more attention to selected vehicles and to provide customers with targeted information.
Implementation:
We generated a prototype of the display after presenting the design drawings. For demonstration purposes, we set up a live display next to vehicles. Once the order had been placed, we started the serial production and shipping of the displays. Opel has ordered some 500 units to date, and the number keeps rising.
The logo column is made of aluminium profiles with a steel base plate and imprinted polycarbonate.
